• Own the end-to-end credit recommendation for new business proposals: critically assess key risks, produce a clear written recommendation, and present findings to Credit Committee in a concise, well-structured format
• Challenge and partner with Debt Finance Origination and Credit Analytics to improve paper quality and deal structure, ensuring recommendations reflect both sound credit judgement and positive customer outcomes within the bank's appetite
• Attend Credit Committee, question borrowers directly on their funding requirements, and ensure Committee members have the information needed to make fully informed decisions
• Communicate Credit Committee decisions clearly and manage all follow-up actions to resolution
• Partner with Legal and Loan Execution through the completion process, ensuring documentation, security requirements, and conditions precedent are satisfied in line with what was approved
• Join client meetings with the Debt Finance team to provide early guidance on appetite and deal structuring
• Support Portfolio Management with in-life activity including annual reviews, increases, extensions, restructures, and covenant resets
• Review due diligence materials, financial accounts, and covenant models; articulate the rationale behind threshold-setting and definitions with clarity
• Uphold data quality standards so that the firm's risk assessments are based on information that is fit for purpose

Lead Engineer – CRM

Risk

• Own and enforce data governance standards across the Bank — setting clear requirements for data ownership, documentation completeness, classification, and quality, and holding domain owners accountable to them
• Drive remediation of data-related audit findings and risk log items — take ownership of open actions, coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to resolve them, and track progress to closure
• Implement and maintain the data classification framework — ensuring all critical data is classified by sensitivity, value, and criticality, and that protection controls are applied consistently and correctly
• Build and operate governance metrics — establish a clear picture of data risk maturity across the organisation, including quality scores, ownership coverage, classification completeness, and audit trail integrity
• Embed data stewardship across business domains — work with data owners in Lending, Finance, Business Banking, and Personal Savings to ensure accountability for data quality is understood and acted on at the domain level
• Maintain the business glossary and data definitions — ensuring canonical definitions are agreed, documented, and kept current, so that data used in reporting and decision-making is consistent and understood
• Use tooling (including DataHub) to operationalise governance — configure and monitor automated governance checks, PII and sensitivity tagging, and lineage visibility to scale enforcement beyond manual review
• Work with the DPO to ensure our organisational controls are robust enough to comply with Data Privacy regulation.

Data Governance Manager

• Research emerging AI tools, frameworks, and coding methods
• Experiment with new approaches and validate technical feasibility
• Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign them using AI-native solutions
• Prototype rapidly using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and Codex—then deploy into live environments

Junior Software Engineer – AI Native Pod

Executive Assistant

• Act as a trusted partner to the ExCo, ensuring seamless communication between the leadership team, employees, clients, and external partners
• Manage complex diaries and schedules across multiple time zones, navigating competing priorities with confidence and discretion
• Coordinate company-wide logistics such as All Parties Calls, offsites, and leadership events
• Oversee global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport
• Handle visa applications and travel documentation for ExCo members (e.g. US ESTA and India business visas)
• Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations for both internal and external audiences
• Manage expenses and reimbursements using Concur, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain well-organised electronic filing systems and support smooth information flow across teams

Executive Assistant – Mat Cover, 7-month FTC

• As a Staff Engineer, you’ll work with product and engineering across multiple squads to ensure the right technical and business trade-offs are made, dependencies are managed proactively, and execution remains predictable.
• Drive cross-squad technical outcomes: shape solutions for ambiguous, complex problems and guide squads toward sensible architectural decisions.
• Own technical decision-making mechanisms: write and steward RFCs/ADRs, run design reviews, document trade-offs, and ensure decisions are understood and adopted.
• Manage dependencies and execution risks: map dependencies, surface risks early, propose mitigation options, and keep stakeholders aligned as plans evolve.
• Communicate proactively and clearly: provide regular written updates on progress, risks, and changes in outlook; maintain a shared source of truth for key initiatives.
• Measure success by business impact: optimise for customer outcomes, reliability, and sustainable delivery—not lines of code.
