Property Operations Associate

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting in managing business operations and project activities
- Assisting with the sales, lettings, and refurbishment of properties
- Acting as a key point of contact between site managers, builders, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
- Tracking invoices, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate payments
- Coordinating logistics, deliveries, and communication across teams
- Handling tenant issues and ad hoc requests with professionalism and care
- Ensuring smooth administrative processes, including record-keeping and filing

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient / Good level in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
- 2-3 years experience in administration, PA support, or project coordination
- A proactive, self-starting attitude, you’re someone who takes initiative and gets things done
- A great communicator who can build rapport across all levels of seniority.
