About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting in managing business operations and project activities
  • Assisting with the sales, lettings, and refurbishment of properties
  • Acting as a key point of contact between site managers, builders, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient / Good level in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • 2-3 years experience in administration, PA support, or project coordination
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude, you’re someone who takes initiative and gets things done
  • A great communicator who can build rapport across all levels of seniority.
