About the role

  • Own and execute OAG’s demand generation activity, with a clear focus on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across SEO, AEO, paid search, paid social, email, and organic social
  • Manage and optimise paid media spend, testing audiences, messaging, and formats to maximise ROI
  • Develop and optimise content and digital journeys to improve search visibility, conversion rates, and lead capture
  • Analyse campaign performance and funnel metrics, turning data into actionable insights
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing colleagues to align campaigns with commercial priorities

Requirements

  • Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within a B2B environment (SaaS or technology preferred)
  • Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, SEM, and paid media
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Experience working closely with sales teams in a pipeline-driven environment (bonus)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management (bonus)
  • Experience in international or multi-market campaigns (bonus)
