About the role
- Own and execute OAG’s demand generation activity, with a clear focus on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across SEO, AEO, paid search, paid social, email, and organic social
- Manage and optimise paid media spend, testing audiences, messaging, and formats to maximise ROI
- Develop and optimise content and digital journeys to improve search visibility, conversion rates, and lead capture
- Analyse campaign performance and funnel metrics, turning data into actionable insights
- Partner closely with sales and marketing colleagues to align campaigns with commercial priorities
Requirements
- Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within a B2B environment (SaaS or technology preferred)
- Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, SEM, and paid media
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
- Experience working closely with sales teams in a pipeline-driven environment (bonus)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management (bonus)
- Experience in international or multi-market campaigns (bonus)
