• Define and deliver go-to-market strategies for new features, campaigns, and product launches.
• Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that excites fans and sets OhChat apart.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling stories that connect emotionally with users.
• Collaborate with product, content, and growth teams to shape the end-to-end fan journey, ensuring seamless discovery and adoption.
• Lead cross-functional launch plans: from pre-launch hype to post-launch adoption and retention campaigns.
• Create marketing assets (landing pages, platform content, feature explainers, videos, blogs, etc.) that bring product features to life.
• Gather and analyse user insights and market feedback to continuously improve OhChat and the user experience.
• Partner with performance and social teams to ensure campaigns are measurable, optimised, and ROI-driven.
• Act as the voice of the fan internally, championing user needs and ensuring our features deliver delight.

Growth Marketing

• Own the end-to-end growth strategy for OhChat across paid, organic, referral, and lifecycle channels.
• Design and run high-impact acquisition campaigns across paid social, search, influencer, and affiliate.
• Optimise conversion funnels and onboarding flows, using A/B testing and data insights to drive improvements.
• Build and manage retention strategies through CRM, email, push, and loyalty initiatives.
• Partner with product and design to implement growth experiments on the platform.
• Develop attribution models and dashboards to track CAC, LTV, retention, churn, and ROI.
• Collaborate with social, content, and creator teams to amplify campaigns and integrate growth loops.
• Stay ahead of growth marketing trends, consumer behaviour shifts, and new channel opportunities.
