About the role

  • Develop and implement short- and mid-term business strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Utilize market trends, historical data, and customer insights to develop accurate sales forecasts and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key global accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Drive sales performance through data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and distribution.
  • Leverage operational expertise to streamline inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment, reducing inefficiencies and enhancing service levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, production, and quality teams to ensure all contracts adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with marketing, finance, and operations to execute account-specific initiatives and develop strategies that enhance market penetration and brand visibility.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), create sales reports, and present insights to senior leadership to ensure transparency and accountability in achieving targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree ( Business or equivalent discipline Highly preferred)
  • 7 years of sales/management experience
  • Requires proven sales experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments
  • Experience working with a multi-national company with sales in both Canada and the United States
  • Ideally experienced with Key Account Management Programs
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within consumer products, logistics, or a related industry.
  • Strong operations background with expertise in supply chain, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience working with global key accounts and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, SAP, or other enterprise sales and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Bilingual in French and English Required
