About the role
- Enter attorney time into billing system.
- Help billing team with performing edits to attorneys' time at the pre-bill stage.
- Retain organized list to track task completed vs open task to be done.
- Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product.
- Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources.
- Prepare emails to clients with approved invoices under deductibles
Requirements
- This job requires three days per week in our Chicago office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in client relations and resolving issues through effective communication
- Well-developed organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated capacity to prioritize and manage concurrent tasks
- PDF experience
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred - an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree
