About the role

  • Build and execute a weekly prospecting plan targeting enterprises across the UAE, prioritised by fit, urgency, and value potential.
  • Identify decision makers and influencers across owners, finance leaders, and operations stakeholders.
  • Run outbound across calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and in-person visits to generate qualified meetings.
  • Qualify opportunities using a structured framework, capturing pain, current setup, decision process, timeline, and commercial potential.
  • Coordinate discovery sessions and handovers to Account Executives with crisp notes, stakeholder maps, and next steps agreed.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene: accurate stages, activity logs, meeting outcomes, and next actions with dates and owners.
  • Track personal performance weekly and improve conversion rates through iterative messaging, segmentation, and objection handling.
  • Support ecosystem activities and partner referrals by following up fast and qualifying consistently.
  • Share market insights on enterprises’ needs, competitor positioning, and product feedback that informs GTM improvements.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or field sales, ideally in fintech, payments, banking, or B2B SaaS.
  • Evidence of consistently hitting monthly meeting and pipeline targets for at least two consecutive quarters.
  • Strong qualification skills. You run discovery well and disqualify fast when there is no fit.
  • Comfortable selling to enterprise owners and finance stakeholders, including in-person meetings across the UAE.
  • Working knowledge of payments and enterprise financial products such as cross-border payments and cards.
  • Strong objection handling and resilience. You stay consistent when activity is high and outcomes are delayed.
  • Disciplined CRM hygiene and reporting. No gaps, no guesswork.
  • Clear written and verbal communication. You keep messaging simple, sharp, and outcome-focused.
