About the role
- Provides tactical leadership to the Operational Efficiency team of the Project Management division.
- Responsible for the daily operations of the business unit and for consistently executing the Operational Efficiency strategy.
- Works with a team of subject matter experts in the identification and execution of process improvement projects.
- Assists the Division Manager in carrying out the corporate strategic plans and goals.
- Communicates and executes action plans to meet performance objectives.
- Allocates resources to the most important projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in field(s) applicable to Division/Business Unit management OR 5+ years demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.
- Experience in the applicable Division/Business Unit preferred.
- 3+ years' experience and knowledge as a Supervisor preferred.
- Internal leadership development programs (e.g. EEJ, LDP, etc.) completed or relevant leadership education preferred.
