• Provide frontline technical support for customer issues related to Linux BSP, kernel, bootloaders, and driver integration.
• Debug real-time issues across hardware, kernel, and applications.
• Work with Yocto, Buildroot, or similar Linux build frameworks.

• Develop and integrate Linux device drivers for peripherals.

• Provide advanced technical leadership for power conversion, motor control, and energy management solutions.
• Lead technical ownership for customer design-in activities in power conversion and motor control applications.
• Guide customers on power topologies such as: AC-DC, DC-DC, on-board chargers, DCDC converters, Inverters, SMPS, PFC, DAB, LL resonant topologies.
• Support motor control for BLDC, PMSM, induction motors and SRM use cases.
• Develop application notes, schematics, design guidelines, reference designs, and customer kits.
• Act as the technical bridge between India customers and global R&D / product teams.
• Partner with Business Development and Sales teams to influence early architecture decisions.

Senior Customer Application Engineer

• Design, implement, test, and deploy web features across React, Django (Python), and PostgreSQL.
• Build RESTful APIs; integrate with internal services and data sources; ensure backward compatibility.
• Design schemas, optimize queries, and apply indexing/partitioning strategies in PostgreSQL for reliability and scale.
• Write unit/integration tests, apply secure coding practices, maintain CI pipelines.
• Collaborate with PSO, VPMO, RTE/STE communities to prioritize the roadmap and convert requirements into deliverables.

• Design and develop HW, SW, and SYS-level enablement and solutions based on NXP Automotive MCU.
• Actively participate in the NPI process, providing expert technical assurance.
• Support front-line technical teams by resolving complex challenges during customer support.
• Work closely with key accounts to execute POC projects and drive implementation of platform-level system solutions.
