About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Global Sales Chief of Staff in executing strategic sales initiatives and workstreams specifically focused on the IIoT landscape
- Prepare strategic analyses, briefing materials, and presentations for the CSO and Sales MT
- Act as a primary liaison between the Global Sales Strategy team and the Industrial/IIoT sales organization
- Distill competitive dynamics, technology shifts, and customer trends into concise, actionable reports
- Track milestones and drive follow-through on ad-hoc strategy projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Engineering or Business
- Advanced Degree: Masters degree or MBA preferred
- 10-15 years of proven experience in the semiconductor industry across Sales, Marketing, or Engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to perform rigorous strategic and commercial analyses
- Familiarity with IIoT segments and global market dynamics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interaction
