About the role

  • Develop high-quality sales and technical education and assets for a global field organization focused on NVIDIA Networking
  • Architect and develop pre-sales curriculums for sales and technical audiences
  • Provide field assets to support selling of networking hardware, software and full-stack solutions
  • Collaborate closely with sales, solution architecture, partner, product, and marketing teams to expand the Networking business
  • Design and implement training programs to help field teams identify, mature, and sell enterprise opportunities, particularly AI Factories
  • Empower sales representatives, account managers, and solution architects to manage client conversations and execute role-specific sales tasks
  • Translate corporate strategy into practical technical and non-technical field training and enablement strategy
  • Maintain global ownership of enablement strategy and processes for networking sales motions
  • Implement AI-enabled human-in-the-loop content development workflows to create, produce and deliver training
  • Apply andragogy and instructional design principles to create student and instructor materials, exercises, training aids, and assessments
  • Define required toolsets and prioritize sales and technical training requirements with internal teams
  • Create and package collaterals including sales guides, training decks, presentations, technical demos, and TCO calculators

Requirements

  • BS, or equivalent experience; Masters preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in technical sales, technical training, field enablement, business development, or related field
  • Deep understanding of Accelerated Computing and Networking technologies
  • Broad knowledge of modern enterprise use cases and workloads including Generative AI, Agentic AI and High Performance Computing
  • Expertise in designing, developing and delivering technical training with practical field guidance using a wide range of AI tools and platforms
  • Methodology for translating complex technology features and concepts into clear business benefits for a range of buying personas
  • Direct experience implementing enablement delivery tools and learning management systems
  • Strong listening skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Passion for excellence and meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly motivated with ability to work with little definition and without supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing
  • Creative content development skills combined with data-driven decision making
  • Evidence of revolutionizing content development workflows and team efficiencies with AI (preferred)
  • Track record creating sales enablement content for integrated hardware/software solutions in enterprise data centers (preferred)
  • Strong Instructional Design background with evidence of successful practical application (preferred)
  • Excel at building cross-functional relationships and identifying business learning needs
  • Ideal candidate located in the San Francisco Bay Area (preferred)
