About the role
- Work with multi-functional stakeholders to operate NVIDIA programs for researchers and educators Design, implement, and execute scalable processes for timely fulfillment of research grants, review of grant applications, budget tracking, and reporting Manage logistics of hardware shipments and cloud onboarding in fulfillment systems Interface directly with prospective and awarded researchers through our support inbox to triage issues, provide program updates and reminders, and connect them to the right resources Coordinate technical experts reviewing grant applications, monitor progress against program timelines and follow up as needed Craft user documentation and flow diagrams to enable self-serve processes and program scalability Support quality assurance testing using Salesforce Sales Cloud and other technology platforms used by external customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher with 3+ years of demonstrated project management and operations experience You are proactive, strategic, hands-on, and exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to solve problems independently Proven experience using a mix of project management and operational skills to partner with internal and external customers Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and project management tools, such as JIRA, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets Strong affinity for organization and an obsession with data integrity Track record of successfully working in global, cross-functional, and remote teams to build relationships and drive tangible results Superb communication, decision-making, and influencing abilities Able to see the big picture while identifying and resolving areas for improvement
