About the role

  • Partnering with IT, Marketplace, SAP Ops, and Platform teams to ensure store transactions are accurately processed into SAP so Tax and Finance can reconcile sales, refunds, and revenue recognition.
  • Assisting operational teams with product launch workflows, including prioritizing inputs for SKU setup, coordinating final pricing approvals, and ensuring timely SAP price list and configuration updates (orders, inventory, and hub settings).
  • Coordinating marketplace backend optimization efforts by aligning collaborators, clarifying requirements, and driving progress on process improvements and tooling enhancements.
  • Assisting operations teams in confirming the correct product configuration and data consistency across SAP, the NVIDIA Marketplace, and regional hubs, including tracking changes and facilitating communication.
  • Supporting revenue and payout reconciliation cycles by orchestrating reviews of SAP vs. payout data across Store Ops and Finance teams, and tracking follow-ups through quarter-end close.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of total experience in technical program management, product/program management, or a closely related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with web applications and services, capable of grasping architectures and essential integration points at a high level.
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple functional groups such as IT, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Operations.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other large-scale ERP systems in an operational or program context (for example, orders, inventory, pricing, or revenue flows).
  • Demonstrable ability to create structure in ambiguous situations by defining processes, clarifying ownership, and building repeatable operating rhythms.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a demonstrable record of influencing without direct authority in a global, distributed environment.
  • An enterprise outlook, including the ability to think end-to-end across systems and organizations. It also involves balancing local needs with global standards and developing solutions that scale across business units and regions.
