About the role
- Hands on leadership of a team coordinating projects
- Drive and be responsible for delivery of your technology portfolios
- Coordinate and collaborate with teams and internal customers to deliver those roadmaps against extremely ambitious timelines and goals
- Develop a deep technical understanding of the entire stack to proactively identify areas of improvement
- Clearly communicate and represent technical product status and program execution to senior executives and OEM partners
Requirements
- 12+ overall years of recent Product or Program Management experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- BS/MS Computer Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience managing and growing technical product or program management teams across autonomous vehicle or robotics domains.
- Strong technical skills, including experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or related projects
- Creative problem solver who can handle ambiguous situations, reach consensus, and make decisions
- Execution focus, with experience bringing new and innovative products and technologies into reality
