Lead complex, global projects from start to finish, driving key initiatives and ensuring measurable business impact.
Own the full project lifecycle - from planning and governance to execution and delivery—to ensure all projects are on time and achieve their intended scope and value.
Develop detailed project charters and comprehensive plans, managing milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks, proposing data-driven solutions and effectively escalating issues.
Deliver clear, concise project communications tailored for all levels of the organization, including C-suite executives.
Build strong relationships and foster collaboration with global stakeholders across the enterprise.
Optimize and adapt project management processes to fit a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Report directly to the EPO Manager.
Requirements
At least 5 years of project or program management experience in global, cross-functional settings, ideally in financial services, payments, or technology. Proven track record of managing detailed, time-sensitive initiatives with minimal supervision while achieving measurable business results. Consulting experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
The ability to simplify complex problems and create practical solutions.
Experience working with international teams and the ability to build consensus across different cultures and time zones.
Proficiency with MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), Smartsheet, or similar).
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
