Own the product roadmap for internal tools and platforms supporting Nuvei’s core operational teams.
Partner closely with stakeholders in Support, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Operations to map current processes and reimagine them for scale.
Lead the replacement or upgrade of legacy internal systems (homegrown or third-party) such as boarding and maintenance tools, case management, reporting dashboards.
Translate ambiguous needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, efficiency gains, and feasibility.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and IT teams to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
Act as the voice of the internal user, championing usability, speed, and automation.
Support scaling processes to increase efficiency and merchants’ satisfaction.
Requirements
3–4 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years working on internal platforms, ops tooling, or process-heavy systems.
Strong systems thinking and ability to deconstruct complex business workflows, and provide an intuitive UX experience
Experience working with legacy systems and leading migration or transformation initiatives.
Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Comfortable with data flows, systems integration, and backend-heavy products.
Fluent in writing clear PRDs and collaborating in Agile environments.
A "builder" mentality with a high sense of ownership.
Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries (nice to have).
AI and process automations track record (nice to have).
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or internal risk/operations management systems (nice to have).
Background in operations, business analysis, or systems implementation (nice to have).
