About the role

  • Manage primary service partner agreements within finance and HR.
  • Negotiate existing Agreements or SoWs, collaborating with procurement.
  • Ensure invoice amounts are paid in accordance to the Terms.
  • Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements, Operating Level Agreements, and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Develop presentations and reports to be presented to Senior leadership.
  • Act as a liaison between Nutrien customers and Strategic Partners for issues related to governance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting/Computer Science or a related field of study preferred.
  • 5–8+ years in vendor or contract management with a focus on IT vendors, either hardware, or software.
  • Experience managing Tier 1 vendors would be an asset.
  • Hands-on experience with licenses, compliance, audits, and renewals.
  • Experience in a complex enterprise environment (hybrid, cloud, SaaS).
  • Ability and comfort to speak, facilitate, and communicate with all corporate levels and teams, from staff to executive, internal customers, IT, and vendors in a global and multi-cultural environment.
  • Experience and ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Experience and ability to analyze and draw conclusions and actions from data (e.g., confirm compliance or identify non-compliance).
  • Basic administrative and project management experience.
