About the role
- Develop and execute an enterprise strategy for applications and data platforms that anticipates market shifts and aligns with corporate priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and the Board, presenting complex concepts clearly and shaping enterprise decisions.
- Lead cultural transformation by fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Build, mentor, and empower high-performing teams; cultivate future leaders; and promote collaboration and excellence.
- Drive alignment across business units while making timely, informed decisions that remove barriers.
- Cultivate high-value vendor and partner relationships that expand capabilities and accelerate time-to-market.
- Ensure data and application capabilities drive revenue growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership with a history of delivering large‑scale transformation and measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with impact at all levels, including Boards of Directors, C‑suite leaders, and operational teams.
- Proven ability to translate technology strategy into financial and competitive advantage.
