💰 $18 - $25 per hour
About the role
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Assists with processes and customer sales questions
- Assembles and tracks customer orders
- Customer account management to include: Invoicing, troubleshooting, sales order price books, pre-pays, inventory transfers
- Compile and maintain database for inventory record
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure all paperwork is in order and all loads are signed for
- Perform administrative duties including computer work, mail distribution, reception and office correspondence
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Agricultural knowledge and background preferred
- Valid driver’s license
