About the role

  • Develop, implement, and manage divisional sales strategies.
  • Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Agronomists, Sales Representatives and Branch Managers.
  • Responsible for the management of the customer base and effective implementations of customer programs.
  • Responsible for precision ag products and customer planning resources.
  • Accountable for the provision of real time information regarding saleable inventory and competitive pricing/programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated effective experience in the areas of farm supply sales and marketing.
  • University Degree in Agriculture, Commerce or Administration.
  • Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license.
  • Proficient in utilizing computers for word processing, spreadsheet and database software applications.
