About the role
- Develop, implement, and manage divisional sales strategies.
- Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Agronomists, Sales Representatives and Branch Managers.
- Responsible for the management of the customer base and effective implementations of customer programs.
- Responsible for precision ag products and customer planning resources.
- Accountable for the provision of real time information regarding saleable inventory and competitive pricing/programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated effective experience in the areas of farm supply sales and marketing.
- University Degree in Agriculture, Commerce or Administration.
- Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license.
- Proficient in utilizing computers for word processing, spreadsheet and database software applications.
