About the role
- Accountable to respond to customer inquiries.
- Supporting the branch team in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits.
- Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily.
- Receives and posts payments to customer accounts with 100% accuracy.
- Maintains confidential office records and files.
- Completes administrative correspondence.
- Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous SAP experience, an asset.
