About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits
- Reconcile cheque and credit card payments daily
- Receive and post payments to customer accounts with accuracy
- Print Daily Reports as required
- Maintain confidential office records
- Assist with inventory control and receiving shipments
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous SAP experience, an asset
