About the role

  • Support to our users and conduct hardware/software deployment, management, and maintenance
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 desktops & laptops
  • Technical support for end user mobile devices (iOS, Android)
  • Order, track, configure, and deploy new desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VOIP phones

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent degree program
  • Graduation date of August 2026 or later
