About the role

  • Oversee and support the identification, planning, preparation, execution, and commissioning of TAR scope
  • Ensure consistent application of best practices across operational units at the Redwater site
  • Lead Operations personnel to achieve excellence in TAR preparation, execution, and commissioning
  • Act as primary Operations contact for TAR & Capital Project development & execution
  • Support the risk ranking of TAR scope and projects by evaluating and prioritizing activities based on budget allocations.
  • Ensure best practices for TAR planning and execution are effectively implemented and leveraged
  • Collaborate with planning teams to proactively identify schedule risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Provide technical knowledge and site expertise for TAR improvement-related strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3rd class Power Engineer Certificate
  • 10+ years' of site operational experience
  • Knowledgeable in Redwater Site Operations
  • Understanding of Nutrien Safety and TAR programs, standards and procedures.
