About the role

  • Develop, manage and implement the Branch business plan and operating budget
  • Direct all aspects and daily operations, including maintenance and repair of the facility
  • Manage all aspects of human resource within the Branch
  • Oversee all record keeping functions in recording sales and monies received
  • Liaise with customers, supplies, division management and other appropriate industry personnel
  • Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions’ and industry regulatory and EH&S standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible agri-business experience
  • 2+ years of previous leadership experience
  • Certificate in Agriculture, Agri-Business Certificate, or equivalent post-secondary education
  • Valid Canadian driver’s license.
