About the role
- Develop, manage and implement the Branch business plan and operating budget
- Direct all aspects and daily operations, including maintenance and repair of the facility
- Manage all aspects of human resource within the Branch
- Oversee all record keeping functions in recording sales and monies received
- Liaise with customers, supplies, division management and other appropriate industry personnel
- Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions’ and industry regulatory and EH&S standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressively responsible agri-business experience
- 2+ years of previous leadership experience
- Certificate in Agriculture, Agri-Business Certificate, or equivalent post-secondary education
- Valid Canadian driver’s license.
