Systems Engineer

• Own the GTM Tech Stack: Be the technical owner of our Salesforce instance and all related integrations (billing, scheduling, email, enrichment, etc.)
• Write Code, Not Just Clicks: Build custom scripts, APIs, and automations in TypeScript and Apex. Ship robust and maintainable code across our systems.
• Integrate & Maintain Tools: Manage integrations between tools like Chili Piper, Outreach, Gong, and our internal admin tool. Debug and resolve issues.
• Drive Data Integrity: Ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms, including Salesforce, Stripe, invoicing , and internal dashboards, with clean, deduped, and reliable data flows.
• Support the Revenue Engine: Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Finance to operationalize strategic initiatives (e.g., new pricing models, commissions logic, territory mapping).
• Troubleshoot GTM Systems: Act as the go-to engineering resource when GTM systems break or need enhancements. Fix root causes, not just symptoms.
• Build for Scale: Anticipate future GTM needs and proactively design architecture that scales with growth.

Revenue Systems Engineer

• Lead and manage the filings team: Provide performance management, mentorship, and support to drive high-quality work and accountability.
• Scale processes: Maximize automation to reduce repetitive tasks so teams can focus on highest leverage opportunities. Develop playbooks, reporting structures, and metrics to improve throughput, quality, and visibility across the distributed team.
• Drive operational excellence: Design, implement, and refine workflows and processes across filings, customer support, and client teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Business Operations

• Launch our product in new countries: Own end-to-end delivery of international launches—from operational research and tooling to stakeholder coordination and SOP development.
• Design scalable tax workflows: Build repeatable, automation-friendly processes for VAT/GST compliance using a combination of RPA tools, SQL, and AI agents.
• Own rollouts from 0–1: Pilot new operational systems, document workflows, train the team, and scale across regions.
• Improve efficiency & automation: Identify bottlenecks, reduce manual execution time, and implement automation and tooling to increase leverage.
• Triage edge cases and escalations: Support customer and internal teams by solving complex international operations issues, then build systems to prevent them in the future.

• Reconcile customer data, improve data quality, and make the platform smarter and more scalable

• Track changes in sales tax laws, rates, and regulations across jurisdictions and triage applicability for implementation

Recruitment

• Own end-to-end hiring across all functions: Engineering, Product, Sales, Ops, and more
• Partner with execs and hiring managers to run role kickoffs, define bar-raising processes, and close top-tier candidates
• Launch and scale recruiting operations: ATS (Ashby), scheduling, dashboards, interviewer calibration, agency coordination
• Manage top-of-funnel sourcing efforts and candidate outreach strategy
• Create best-in-class candidate experience: clear communication, tight feedback loops, and thoughtful touch points
• Track key funnel metrics and recruiting KPIs; build reports to inform hiring decisions
• Help define and scale employer branding, referral campaigns, and internal recruiting enablement

Founding Recruiter

• Reconcile financial and transactional data from multiple sources to enable accurate, repeatable sales tax filings
• Normalize customer data across platforms (e.g. Stripe, Shopify, Numeral API) to ensure integrity in tax workflows
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding data issues
• Support customer-facing teams with ad hoc data questions, investigations, and insights
• Build internal tooling and processes to streamline reconciliation and improve onboarding throughput

Controller

Numeral is building the automation backbone for internet commerce — starting with sales tax compliance.
Act as Numeral's first Assistant Controller to own accounting operations and quote-to-cash systems.
Own the monthly close: drive reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting; shorten timelines and improve accuracy.
Run accounts payable: lead vendor onboarding, disbursements, and 1099s with strong controls and reliability.
Protect revenue integrity: partner with Sales to enforce pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and ensure Closed-Won → invoice → Stripe → ERP is seamless.
Handle day-to-day RevOps requests: router updates, routing issues, Salesforce errors, and field additions.
Scale systems: lead NetSuite migration and integration with Salesforce/Stripe, including chart of accounts design and data migration.
Enable teams: be the go-to for Salesforce/RevOps requests and reporting to forecast bookings and revenue.

Assistant Controller

Sales

• Numeral is building the automation backbone for internet commerce, starting with sales tax compliance.
• Senior Sales Manager (Commercial / Mid-Market) to lead and grow the mid-market AE team, managing 5+ AEs and owning the mid-market revenue segment.
• Blend hands-on execution with strategic leadership: coaching reps, building repeatable processes, forecasting, and experimentation.
• Lead and scale a team of 5+ mid-market AEs responsible for new ARR generation.
• Own quarterly revenue targets and pipeline forecasts for the commercial segment.
