About the role
- Define and execute the product roadmap for cooler products, aligning with company strategy and market demands.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify new product opportunities and improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain) through the product development process.
- Manage product specifications, features, and pricing strategies including aftermarket to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
- Oversee product launches, including go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, serviceability and marketing collateral development.
- Monitor product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for optimization and innovation.
- Manage product lifecycle phases, including introductions, growth, maturity, and end-of-life planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related role, with a focus on hardware or cooling solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the cement industry.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools.
