Perform complex statistical analyses and comprehensive studies of real estate and mortgage-related data.
Utilize machine learning and data mining techniques to discover patterns in complex residential property data.
Generate forecasts and predictions based on modeling and analysis of multiple economic and human factors.
Develop and maintain programs and documentation for asset and asset risk models.
Monitor and enhance existing models and prototypes, improving core models and aligning with group research objectives.
Independently lead and manage quantitative and qualitative research projects.
Evaluate and communicate research results to internal and external stakeholders.
Understand business requirements and conceptualize analytical solutions for addressing business problems.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of industry or academic experience in machine learning techniques, data mining, statistical modeling, and/or pattern recognition model building for real-world problems.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or equivalent.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R.
Experience developing LLM based analytical products.
Strong expertise in big data technologies, such as Spark, Hadoop, Hive, etc.
Detail-oriented with excellent presentation skills and experience in client interaction.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
