About the role
- Oversees credit administration, accounts receivable, and billing.
- Supports general accounting, tax and financial reporting functions.
- Interprets financial statements and assesses financial stability of customers.
- Establishes credit limits and maintains exposure within credit limits.
- Ensures timely and accurate billing and cash applications to invoices.
- Serves external customers and internal Commercial and Sales Service teams and other departments.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business) or certification through a professionally recognized credit organization (Ex. NACM)
- Prior experience with financial statement analysis or commercial banking
- Five years of Credit/Accounting/Finance experience
- Prior leadership and supervision experience
- Experience with financial reporting, analytical tools, and risk management tools such as corporate guaranties, credit insurance, letters of credit, etc.
- Strong computer skills that include experience using all facets of Microsoft Office software and database queries
