About the role
- Act as the strategic advisor and primary relationship owner for key BFSI accounts in the Phoenix region.
- Drive account growth and revenue expansion through consultative selling and solution positioning across Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation.
- Leverage professional network to open new opportunities and strengthen NucleusTeq's brand presence within BFSI.
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships (CIO, CDO, CTO, VPs) to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals.
- Partner with delivery and solution teams to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with client/vendor governance.
- Monitor market trends in BFSI and proactively provide thought leadership to clients.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior stakeholders to review outcomes, challenges, and future opportunities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in IT services/consulting with at least 5+ years managing BFSI accounts.
- Strong professional network within BFSI (banking, credit cards, insurance, payments).
- Proven track record of growing accounts ($10M+ portfolios) through solution-based selling.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Data Engineering, AI/ML, and BFSI regulatory/compliance needs.
- Excellent executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with global delivery teams and ensure client success.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
