About the role
- Own and scale enterprise sales presence in the KSA market
- Hunt and close new enterprise clients across KSA
- Conduct market research, account mapping, and outbound outreach
- Understand customer pain points and sell solutions
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Create and nurture a qualified enterprise sales pipeline
- Lead contract and commercial negotiations for large deals
- Work closely with Product Marketing and Strategic Partnerships teams
- Contribute to sales planning and revenue forecasting
- Gather customer feedback to improve the product
- Own quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned geographies
Requirements
- 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise or SaaS sales
- Based in KSA (Mandatory)
- Prior experience selling to banks or large enterprises in KSA
- Strong in demand generation and concept selling
- Ability to independently drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closure
- Confidence with enterprise-level negotiations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
