About the role
- Operate in region and provide professional remote technical support service to clients
- Identify and resolve technical incidents and problems
- Drive incidents to effective resolution and ensure zero missed SLA conditions
- Maintain support process and ensure that requests for support are handled according to procedures
- Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance software and tools
- Perform defined tasks to monitor service delivery against SLAs and maintain records of relevant information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field
- Associate level certification in different Networking technologies
- Entry level experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless
- Entry level experience in technical support to clients
- Entry level experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Entry level experience providing remote support in Networking technologies
- Professional technical support service
