Responsible for analyzing complex business problems and issues using internal and external data to provide insights to decision-makers.
Identifies and interpret trends and patterns in relevant datasets to locate influences and proactively identify meaningful quantitative analysis for distribution to business stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Creates documented specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
Defines, develops, enhances, and tracks metrics and dashboard requirements to deliver results and provide insight and recommendations on trends.
Responsible for data validation using advanced data analysis and tools to ensure analytics are valid, meaningful, and provide actionable and comprehensive insights.
Supports the team answer strategic questions, make insightful data-driven business decisions, and properly design new initiatives.
Priovides technical advice, consultation, and knowledge to others within the relevant teams.
Creates relevant reports and present on trends to convey actionable insights to stakeholders.
Performs any other related task as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science or related field
Seasoned demonstrated experience in a sales or marketing function as a data analyst
Seasoned demonstrated experience in using PowerBI, statistical and quantitative analysis techniques, data visualizations
Experience with PowerBI, SQL, and ETL processes; knowledge of DAX, R, Python
Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI; knowledge of SQL for relational databases
Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management
