About the role

  • You will be involved in strategic projects that address our clients' organizational needs with information technology.
  • You'll play a vital role in business transformation, using emerging technologies to create innovative opportunities that drive new business capabilities, profitable growth, and cost efficiencies.
  • Engaging with client stakeholders within our current accounts and supporting sales to convert new accounts, creating valuable sales opportunities.
  • Drive digital transformation and help clients optimize their financial operations through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
  • Work directly with business leaders, apply your expertise in finance and technology, and contribute to large-scale enterprise transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes and hands-on experience in production environments.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially Finance Module).
  • Proven track record in ERP projects, particularly in requirements definition and Fit & Gap analysis.
  • Business-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Preferred Japanese language proficiency.
  • Experience working in global ERP projects.
  • Background in consulting firms or system integrators with ERP implementation experience.
