About the role
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI innovation — from discovery through to delivery and enablement
- Lead internal discovery projects (surveys, interviews, workflow mapping) to identify AI opportunities
- Audit current AI usage and recommend improvements
- Design, prototype and deploy AI-powered solutions
- Engineer integrations between AI services and existing systems
- Upskill employees on responsible and effective AI usage
- Prototype AI tools that improve client planning & event delivery
Requirements
- Proven track record in AI implementation, automation, or digital transformation
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies (especially LLMs & generative AI)
- Hands-on experience building and launching internal tools or workflows
- Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or similar platforms
