About the role

  • Support the Senior Program Manager in ensuring effective project management and smooth operations within the team.
  • Responsible for data input, analysis, and report generation.
  • Coordinate project meetings, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Verify milestone deliveries and review project artifacts.
  • Report on risks identified by project teams and assist in resolving invoicing or payment issues.
  • Conduct research on project health and evaluate/implement new systems and processes.
  • Maintain data accuracy to support project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum one year of experience in a project support or analyst role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard project management tools
  • Preferred Experience supporting government or Department of Defense programs
  • Familiarity with Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs)
  • Exposure to project management methodologies CAPM, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications
