About the role
- Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring a phone assistance;
- Answering their questions related to administrative document renewal processes;
- Scheduling in-centre appointments;
- Directing them to another service, if needed;
- Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.
Requirements
- You speak English fluently.
- French fluency is an asset.
- Be available during the following business hours: Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (Atlantic time).
- Have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space.
- Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping and interacting with people!
