About the role

  • Lead the design and execution of data management strategies aligned with global and regional business priorities
  • Enable scalable AI and advanced analytics solutions built on trusted, compliant, and well-governed data
  • Design and manage AI agent architectures
  • Partner with AI, product, and engineering teams to translate complex business problems into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions
  • Champion responsible AI principles
  • Act as a senior delivery lead, owning outcomes across multiple initiatives and serving as a trusted advisor to senior management

Requirements

  • 10+ years of extensive experience in data management, analytics, or AI-related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
  • Deep technical expertise in data management principles and modern data platforms including AI engineering, cloud data warehouses, and data lakes
  • Hands-on experience designing and managing AI agent architectures
  • Familiarity with building enterprise-grade GenAI services
  • Strong background in global delivery models and operating at scale
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
  • Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP), data management certifications, or AI/ML certifications are highly valued
