About the role

  • responsible for timely and balanced supply of Novo Nordisk products for affiliates under responsibility
  • leading timely execution of S&OE processes and alignment across affiliates in BAMECA
  • own and run the S&OE process for BAMECA, ensure seamless integration with affiliates
  • leading launch supply chain planning activities across BAMECA in close collaboration with regional and launch planning teams
  • oversee demand planning, supply balancing, inventory management and ensure execution of robust S&OP in BAMECA
  • make comparisons of supply with quarterly and annual financial plans and seek solutions in case of shortages
  • collaborate with local supply chain teams to monitor performance, diagnose issues and implement corrective actions
  • drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and inventory optimisation, and act as a CoE by sharing best practices and providing training

Requirements

  • minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, preferably in demand/supply planning, operations, forecasting, supply chain management
  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain or similar
  • master’s degree in supply chain is a plus
  • pharmaceutical industry/FMCG knowledge is preferable
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Experience with S&OE and S&OP
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred); experience with OMP is a plus
  • Have strong communication skills and effective meeting facilitation skills
  • Have proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
  • Have the experience of working in cross-cultural teams and cross-organisational stakeholder management
  • Have high flexibility to work in a fast-paced and complex environment and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
