About the role

  • Acting as the regional expert for planning systems architecture, GUI, and functionality
  • Providing advanced technical guidance and support to Super Users and End Users
  • Ensuring seamless integration between system functionalities and business processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Advanced degree or professional certifications such as APICS, CSCP, or system-specific certifications preferred)
  • 8+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in supply chain planning roles
  • Must have 3+ years of hands-on OMP usage experience
  • 3+ years of direct experience with planning systems, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Strong ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
  • Excellent training and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build capability across diverse teams
  • Proven track record in change management and driving user adoption of new systems and processes
