About the role
- Lead enterprise-level work to design, evolve and embed the R&D process operating model
- Work closely with senior R&D leaders, process owners, quality stakeholders, digital/data partners
- Orchestrate governance structures, decision flows, role clarity
- Drive an enterprise issue-to-improvement and prevention system
- Shape and steer the R&D transformation backlog
- Enable strategic redesign and adoption
Requirements
- A relevant academic background, such as engineering, life sciences, business, quality, or a related discipline
- 10+ years in process transformation, operational excellence and process governance in complex regulated environments
- Proven capability to design operating models and process architecture at enterprise scale
- Expert process diagnostic toolkit
- Business Process Re-engineering experience
- Advanced Lean Six Sigma practice
- Strong project and programme leadership for multi-team transformation
- Systems-thinking mindset
- Deep knowledge of QMS and quality-by-design
- Experience with technology-enabled optimisation
