About the role
- Develop, implement and maintain the territory business plan to drive sales results with target audiences
- Analyze sales data to identify progress and opportunities for improvement
- Tailor commercial visits to the needs of targeted healthcare providers
- Organize and lead product training sessions while adhering to budgetary guidelines
- Liaise with pharmacists and community hospitals to ensure optimal product use
- Participate in conferences, symposiums and seminars to promote the company’s products and share market insights
- Demonstrate leadership during national sales meetings, district meetings and training programs
- Manage budgets for the territory’s continuing medical education activities
- Serve as a mentor for new hires and colleagues needing support
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s level or higher), preferably in Business Administration
- Sales Representative 1 (SR1): up to 5 years of experience
- Sales Representative 2 (SR2): more than 5 years of experience
- Ability to work independently
- Availability for frequent travel within the region and occasional extended stays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and incorporate findings into strategic plans
