About the role

  • Develop, implement and maintain the territory business plan to drive sales results with target audiences
  • Analyze sales data to identify progress and opportunities for improvement
  • Tailor commercial visits to the needs of targeted healthcare providers
  • Organize and lead product training sessions while adhering to budgetary guidelines
  • Liaise with pharmacists and community hospitals to ensure optimal product use
  • Participate in conferences, symposiums and seminars to promote the company’s products and share market insights
  • Demonstrate leadership during national sales meetings, district meetings and training programs
  • Manage budgets for the territory’s continuing medical education activities
  • Serve as a mentor for new hires and colleagues needing support

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor’s level or higher), preferably in Business Administration
  • Sales Representative 1 (SR1): up to 5 years of experience
  • Sales Representative 2 (SR2): more than 5 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Availability for frequent travel within the region and occasional extended stays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and incorporate findings into strategic plans
