- Own recruitment activities across your scope

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ solid professional experience in a HRBP or a Talent Acquisition role
- Full professional fluency in Turkish and English
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience using data and market insights to inform sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Proficiency in behavioral interviewing and assessment techniques
