About the role
- Ensuring that critical utility, facility, and HVAC systems run seamlessly every day
- Coordinating and prioritizing maintenance activities of validated utility, facility, and HVAC systems to ensure uninterrupted production
- Monitoring utility supply and proactively managing any operational challenges
- Ensuring full compliance with operational, occupational health, and safety standards
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of skilled craftsmen and technicians
- Optimizing utility operations to support production needs and enhance efficiency
- Collaborating closely with production departments to align utility performance with manufacturing goals
- Building strong partnerships with suppliers and contractors to maintain service excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facility/Utility Management, Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a similar discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience with facility and utility operations and management, preferably within large-scale production environments
- Leadership experience managing craftsman teams, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop technical talent
- Strong technical and operational understanding of facility/utility areas, including energy and utility solutions
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational compliance and safety standards
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to work effectively with production departments, suppliers, and contractors
- Fluency in both English and Danish.
