About the role
- Lead the operation management of a portfolio of IT systems
- Oversee systems such as Degreed, Perceptyx, EHS, Permit Vision, Safety Engine
- Manage people’s responsibilities, including hiring, onboarding, talent retention, coaching, mentoring
- Drive rewards and performance management, budgeting, and cross-organizational knowledge sharing
- Support transformation and transition initiatives, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Facilitate communication and stakeholder interaction across global locations
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and innovation in IT systems management
Requirements
- Master’s or Graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration)
- 10+ years of experience in IT with a minimum of 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience in managing Business critical systems/ cloud- based applications
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and vendor management
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to build personal and professional competencies
