About the role
- Use data to analyze commercial performance related to markets, customers, sales, investments and resources
- Structure and combine data to provide actionable insights and recommendations on both tactical and strategic level across affiliate functions
- Observe and track trends to identify opportunities and drive efficiency
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand and support processes, challenges, opportunities and needs
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or other relevant field
- 2-5 years work experience from finance/analytics functions, preferably close to the market
- Solid skills in managing data and associated systems, turning it into insights and preparing presentations, both substance and visual elements
- Excellent process and project management skills, including the ability to manage stakeholders across the organization
- Experience from an international setting, working across functions and layers, and understanding of value chain, markets, and competition in the pharmaceutical or similar industry are considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, Finnish is considered an asset
