About the role

  • Develop and implement KFA P&O strategy: Create and execute an enterprise-wide P&O strategy that optimizes human resources to support business objectives, aligned with corporate strategies.
  • Participate in KFA management and execute organizational strategy: Act as a KFA management member, partnering with the KFA VP.
  • Oversee on-site HR operations: Own the execution of core HR processes and systems—recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation.
  • Develop talent and strengthen leadership capability: Equip managers with people-management skills.
  • Drive culture and employer value proposition: Design and lead programs that foster an inclusive, innovative work environment.

Requirements

  • University degree or higher.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in leadership roles, with exposure to factory HR preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of organizational development, change management, succession and talent management, and leadership development.
  • Familiarity with Japanese labor law and experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries preferred.
