About the role
- Develop and deliver a UK strategy for launching new assets and indications
- Lead the Launch Activity Process from ~5 years pre launch through transfer to the line of business
- Develop strategic business plans and pre launch/launch market development plans
- Coordinate cross functional execution of market development, access and uptake strategies
- Lead the UK cross functional team to deliver the UK NHS launch plan
- Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Educate and inspire the organisation on portfolio strategy, core story and clinical evidence
Requirements
- Hold a degree in business, science or equivalent
- Proven experience in corporate strategy development, marketing and market development
- Strong track record in commercial pre launch planning and leadership of cross functional teams in complex environments
- Excellent business acumen, financial modelling, opportunity assessment and business case skills
- Strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills
- Fluency in English and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and presentation skills
- Effective time management and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
