About the role
- Drive the strategic marketing direction of the cardiometabolic portfolio
- Lead and implement end-to-end marketing strategies
- Oversee promotional activities and launch excellence
- Conduct market research and new product planning
- Develop and execute Vietnam obesity and cardiometabolic marketing strategy
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to optimize execution
- Manage and develop a high-performance marketing team
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Over 10 years of marketing experience with strong brand-building expertise
- More than 5 years in people management
- Strong brand-building expertise across hybrid backgrounds, such as OTC, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or other consumer-driven categories
- Experience in regulated environments and cardiometabolic or obesity therapy area experience is advantageous
- Proven ability to lead product launches and manage complex stakeholder environments
- Strong leadership skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in English
