About the role

  • Drive the strategic marketing direction of the cardiometabolic portfolio
  • Lead and implement end-to-end marketing strategies
  • Oversee promotional activities and launch excellence
  • Conduct market research and new product planning
  • Develop and execute Vietnam obesity and cardiometabolic marketing strategy
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to optimize execution
  • Manage and develop a high-performance marketing team

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Over 10 years of marketing experience with strong brand-building expertise
  • More than 5 years in people management
  • Strong brand-building expertise across hybrid backgrounds, such as OTC, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or other consumer-driven categories
  • Experience in regulated environments and cardiometabolic or obesity therapy area experience is advantageous
  • Proven ability to lead product launches and manage complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong leadership skills and cross-functional collaboration
  • Fluent in English
