About the role

  • Cultivating strong internal and external relationships to advance patient care
  • Mapping commercial opportunities and driving business development projects
  • Preparing and delivering comprehensive mapping of the SCD landscape in Saudi
  • Scanning the competitive and customer landscape to identify trends
  • Developing detailed project plans and ensuring timely delivery of key projects
  • Maintaining close communication with stakeholders to identify business needs
  • Building systematic and strategic collaborations for project execution
  • Attending internal and external SCD forums, meetings, congresses, and symposiums

Requirements

  • Experience as a project lead driving complex projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Education degree in pharmacy or medicine is a must
  • Formal management qualification as MBA or Certificate in project management is highly desirable
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in marketing/sales management, or project management within rare disease, and SCD
  • Proven successful track record in multinational pharmaceuticals
  • Project management and in depth understanding of Saudi market
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Strategic and analytical mindset
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
